Fallout 4 Infinite Loading Screen Fix
A problem I have that MIGHT be because of sim settlements(as it never happened before I got it.), is after a while of playing, once I fast travel or go enter or exit a building, the loading screen will just go on forever! The model will still rotate the little animation in the lower right corner will do it's thing, and the catalog tips will keep changing to other ones.
I've run into infinite loading screen several times on my PC, and it's easier to identify with my rig because I installed Fallout 4 to a Solid State drive (a place I'm fast traveling to usually loads up pretty fast). I have a bunch of mods installed, and I've always wondered if they're sometimes causing the problem.
But the loading will never finish! I've only gone for several minutes before I reset the game, and I considered leaving it go for a while, but that's naturally risky, as I don't know if it's safe on the other side. It COULD just because of my crappy computer.

Do you have vsync on or your frame rate otherwise capped in any way?I was experiencing load times of up to 5 minutes when transitioning between indoor/outdoor areas, which was quite bizarre since I was running off an SSD.
After some searching I found out the load times are apparently tied to your frame rate for some reason, which I had capped at 60 (via vsync) because of stability issues people had complained about when running over 60.I ended up finding a Nexus mod which disables VSync on the loading screens and it worked perfectly. I'd get the name for you, but my gaming PC is currently bricked so I can't check.
